I began coaching professionally while at Washington University in Saint Louis after learning that my mother had been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. The medical bills changed my financial plans towards affording my education, and although health and fitness has always been a personal passion of mine as an avid triathlete, it magnified my focus on how preventative measures could help her and others live their best lives.

I became a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and trained a small number of devoted athletes between 2009 - 2012. I have coached collegiate club teams in the USAT MWCTC including the Beloit College Triathlon Club, University of Minnesota Triathlon Club, and Washington University in Saint Louis Triathlon Club as a student in a professional role. Since 2012 I have accepted applications for a limited number of individuals committed to changing their life.

As an Ironman triathlete, I know the rigors required for to prepare clients up to this ultra endurance event consisting of a 2.4 mile swim followed by a 112 mile bike, and completed with a 26.2 mile run, and specialize in weight loss, strength training, and triathlon.

My goal as a coach is to be an educator; training my clients to understand the tools and proper forms to ultimately work myself out of a job. If you're committed to restoring balance in your life or reaching new goals, I would be happy to help in any way I can. Please fill out the application in the section above for a chance to work one-on-one with me, or reach out to me with questions through the contact button below.
