Some days it's about intensity, others it's about survival. Keeping true to one's goals is easy when the idea is fresh in your mind, you're still well rested, or have plenty in the reserves. The stiffness of your first workout won't set in until the second day, and the extra reserves won't deplete until about the second or third week. Those are the humps to aim for and overcome. Until then, just make sure you show up every day.
