First days in a new routine are always easier. They are filled with hope. One's legs aren't filled with fatigue yet, and even though it's early one can handle one day out of the normal routine. That's just it though, this is the new routine. 4:45am wasn't early enough, so we'll try 4:30am tomorrow. Next time I'll jump out of bed a little quicker, and get to it. My Garmin loaded only my Bike TrainingPeaks workout, but didn't load the strength training one. I'll have to look into that. I still have room to streamline make going through the motions a habit again, but it went well. 45 minutes on the bike wasn't the most comfortable, but my rear end isn't sore. I had a later night than I wanted preparing for the week and will feel it today, but I'll go to bed early tonight. Here's to a new day!
