1 Hour, 14 Miles. Getting up was easier, and the spin was easier today to get into the zone. I’m starting to feel those moments where my legs move themselves. The hardest point is to allow myself to sweat. Once it breaks in 5-10 min, the flood gates are released. Within 15/20 min I’m feeling great. 40/45 Min in there is a little strain as I flirted with going into the next heart rate zone, but my watch kept me on track. Stranger things 2 on Netflix has been a good escape to get lost in and the hour goes quick.
