I am! Except when I'm not.
Training while considering a family is a whole other beast than it was pre-children, but after a year, I've been learning to go with the tide. It's sometimes tough to adjust one's schedule outside the demands of a little one, but pretty soon the timing comes together. Right now, most workouts are happening in the AM, and the goal is to increase them ever so slightly every week again until I'm at an hour a day.
But the boss isn't only my little one, it's also my partner. I rely on her to keep me in check, even when I want to break my own rules and splurge on new tech that I don't need at the moment. She is the one who I need to praise for helping me carve out the time I need to get a long spin in. I can get quite irritable when I haven't stuck to my routine or haven't gotten my workout in, so it's always good to give credit to where credit is due. Thanks for putting up with me, babe!
