Yes, another athletic page turner: Finding Ultra by Rich Roll. This was what I had been looking for since finding Dean Karnazes. Speaking of Dean, it looks like he's got another book coming out called The Road to Sparta. On. My. List. Rich on the other hand is a different kind of athlete, a vegan one. As someone who has been motivated to cut down, I know it's possible, but man, I can't imagine Iron-trianing without red meat. Mad props to this man. Check it out.

Mondays: Illuminating new pathways
Etymology:
- Middle English monday or mone(n)day
- Old English mon(an)dæg "day of the moon"
- Latin dies lunae "day of the moon"
- Ancient Greek hemera selenes "day of the moon"
The moon is the primary night light of the skies, illuminating the land brightly on the nights of the full moon and receding again to the mystery of complete darkness at the new moon. As a mirror that reflects the light of the sun, the moon represents the shadow side of the sun’s light, and the mystery and fear within our souls. Use this Monday to explore a new book, consider other point of view, and choose a new path to explore.
