After a big week back and a small bump on Thursday, I was looking to make some of it up today. I didn't have my alarm set, but was optimistic I would be up before my child. Wrong. When she had her first nap, I was exhausted already and took my own break. I had planned a long family walk, and thought it would be a perfect night for it. The air was crisp, and the last of the fall colors were hanging on as the first leaves began to fall. Our little one began to scream, and nothing was able to satisfy her so we cut it short. We went back and decided to carve pumpkins where she was having fun flinging their guts, which ended up all over our deck, our clothes, and our shoes. It wasn't until I had put her down that I was able to get out for a jog. It wasn't quick, but I did it.

After looking at the week, I noticed the I struggled with the lifting portion half way in. It was enjoying the spin, but know it's important for me to get some strength and form back. This week, I'll have to warm up with the lift, and then finish strong with the spin. 4:30am was good during the week, but I might have to try keeping it on one of the weekend days to make sure I get my 6th workout in before the kiddo is up. I'd give myself a B for jumping back into it.

Next week is week two of my prep. I'll try to close out each workout in yellow or green and hit the 6:45 hr goal. Keep me honest, give me kudos!
