Padded shorts are a nice addition this week. Starting off with my lift, I wasn’t concerned about moving the bar with weights to do pull ups. Just squats and sit ups today. Im also not concerned about mileage or speed or even intensity for that matter. I’m getting used to using TrainingPeaks to auto load my workouts, but still have yet to understand why my second workouts isn’t loading up. Last week I began to feel my muscles tighten, but I still have plenty that I could still give. I have to balance that with ensuring I don’t burn out. No more 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. There wasn’t much stiffness, and I don’t intend to go that hard this week either. This is about consistancy and repeatability. I’ll aim to meet my marks this week. If I can hit 6:45, I’ll be ready to up my game for week 3, and ensure that I make it through the first month of prep.
