To bed at 8pm last night and awoke naturally just before my alarm this morning. That’s a huge accomplishment to hold onto. The habit is starting to take hold. Even when I’d like to see the scale move, at this point in the game, these are the types of wins I have to count. My warm up weight of 95lbs at 25 reps felt like a breeze this morning. On Friday I’ll up to 30 reps, and then start adding weight to start building strength and endurance. my focus is time on the saddle to get used to longer more intense rides and cardio. My Garmin got stuck on the load screen when I switched over from the lift, so I’ll have to manually add the rest of the time. I think I’ve got my morning habit pretty much nailed down, so I’ll detail it tomorrow.
