Did I mention I love my Koogeek? Since I moved this down into the basement as well, It’s nice and toasty when I make my way down. After going to bed early last night, my circadian rhythm was a little confused. I woke up at 1:45am and went right back to sleep before waking again at 4:15am. Right on cue and half an hour earlier than my alarm. Feeling well rested, and with slightly sore abs, I met my morning workout with a casual grind.

I was called out the other day for my low step count (roughly 5k a day), so I’ll make an effort to meet those daily goals and raise the bar. It’s amazing how little one moves when they sit at a cubicle all day. Even after the workout I’m feeling spry and awake, so I’ll see if I can keep the bed and wake times consistent this week.
