That is to say, "It is way too warm outside." It was in the 60's in February in January yesterday. Where has all my snow gone? Instead of a big workout indoors like I had planned, I adapted to the nice weather and took the family on a nice long walk. We strolled our neighborhood for a couple of hours, watching the bald eagles nest in a tree overlooking a nearby lake. Sometimes the fresh air and company can do more good than setting a PR. Compromise doesn't have to be complacent. I hit my walking goal, and as far as I'm concerned, this was a good base workout. Today, I might hit the gym as planned, or I might take the bike for a spin.
