Today I tested out my new Rogue 2.0 Bar and Rogue HG weights with one of my favorite power lifts - snatches. This is an advanced lift, and if you haven't done them before, you haven't lived. They are responsible for massive gains.
Since my legs have shriveled up since the last time I did them, I started with just two 10lb bumpers to work on my form. 3 sets of 10 reps at 65lb, and that was enough to get my heart racing.
